(About BioLyfe)

Female founded. Female focused.

For decades, women were under-represented in the research that shaped medicine. Longevity science is repeating the pattern. BioLyfe was founded to change who sits at the centre of it: women who want to understand their biology, take an active role in their healthspan and make informed choices for the decades ahead.

(How we see it)

Think ahead. Pay attention to now.

You can be ambitious about your future and still have questions about what is happening in your body today. Both belong here. Your chronological age is on your licence. Your biology tells a more interesting story.

From your thirties through midlife and beyond, your priorities may shift. Hormones, sleep, intimacy, metabolic health and strength belong in one conversation, with your experience at the centre.

We review your health history, symptoms and existing results, then consider what else would be useful to assess. A live consultation brings the findings and options together, with your next steps and review timing explained.

And because the people you love are part of your future, your partner is welcome to explore their own care here too. Each person has their own consultation, privacy and individual plan.

(How we work)

What thoughtful care looks like.

01

Female physiology, not a footnote

Your symptoms, routines and health history are reviewed together, with attention to hormonal changes and the priorities you bring.

02

Biomarkers with a brief

Existing results are reviewed first. Further tests are recommended when they can inform your care, with their purpose and costs explained.

03

Your data, explained

Understand what your findings mean, what they cannot tell us and the options for what happens next.

04

We work alongside your GP

With your consent, we send a summary to your GP, so your care stays joined up.

Know who is responsible for your care.

Your consultation is with a practitioner by video or phone. Bring your existing results and the questions you want answered, from a change in your cycle to the role of strength in your long-term health.

Before you book, we explain who you will see, their profession and the scope of their care. You receive the consultation fee and the cost of any recommended testing before deciding to proceed.

Care may involve guidance, monitoring, referral or treatment where appropriate. We will explain if a concern needs in-person assessment and help you understand your options.

Start with what you want to understand. We explain the next step, and you decide from there.
